Betta Fish Care Guidelines

Here is a Betta Fish Care Set of Guidelines for your betta.  Here is some starting information on betta splendens.  Bettas are also known as Siamese Fighting Fish and Betta.  Their are all sorts of breeds of these bettas which makes getting these fish in all shapes and sizes alot easier.

Most Bettas get to about 2 - 2.5 inches.  Males usually have the longer fins and females have the short fins.  But with some selective breeding that can change.

When it comes to feeding your betta they pretty much eat anything including but not limited to-

  • Bloodworms
  • Brineshrimp
  • Flakes
  • Pellets
  • Livefoods
For bettas the biggest aquarium you can get is best.  They do not like the small aquariums.  Just because they come in a cup doesn't mean they like it.  Also if in a aquarium they like alot of plants and not alot of water movement.

Water Temperature for your betta should be 70-80F.

More Post Will be coming for Betta Fish Care Guide Soon.
